• Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
• Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, fuel and toll costs, and truck yard management.
• Work directly with customers/vendor to receive/send requests, handle issues, and maintain long-term cooperation.
• Assign, monitor, and support OPS staff to achieve performance targets (KPI).
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and legal regulations.
• Prepare reports, analyze cost-efficiency, and propose service improvements.
• Take charge of tasks such as eport declaration, customs liquidation, container deposit, and other related port matters during container handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
