1. OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Operation Executive, who is a key position in the Operation Department has the major responsibility for supervising and controlling the operations of the PVC plant to ensure the production of PVC products in a safe, efficient and timely manner with good quality. Operation Executive is also responsible for optimizing/develop/improving plant operation.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor productivity and quality and responsible in adjusting the batch recipe formulation, Process, Utility condition to ensure that the product quality is within the control parameters.
• Conduct investigation of plant troubles and analysis of any deviations in plant performance (productivity, U.C., etc.)
• Enhance plant efficiency, availability, and reliability by working with concerned department
• Ensure safety of the Plant. Adopt safe working culture and promote high safety awareness among team by complying with all safety policy.
• Cover SS task, if any

3. JOB SPECIFICATION
3.1. Education:
Degree holder of Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Oil & Gas.
3.2. Knowledge
- Understand Technology of PVC Process & Utility (operation & troubleshooting).
- Understand the Process safety, LOTO, PTW, JSA, and Fire Fighting & Emergency Response Plan.
- Have experience in Management of Change.
- Planning skill & deploy assignment.
- Leadership & Problem-solving skills.
- Management of change.
3.3. Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Good data analysis skills, with the ability to utilize operational data for reporting, monitoring, and improvement activities.
- Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain operational matters clearly and effectively
3.4. Language skill- English equivalent to level B proficiency.
- Be able to prepare and issue SOP, work instructions, and operation-related reports in English.
3.5. Work Experience
Minimum 4 years working experience in polymer/ petrochemical/ chemical industry.
3.6. Attitude
Responsible, careful, safety-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, disciplined, cooperative, calm under pressure, and continuously improving mindset.
