Position Summary:
The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end freight forwarding operations for Everok Vietnam, ensuring smooth operational processes, service excellence, and alignment with company objectives. This position leads the operations team, manages customer and overseas agent relationships, supports business growth initiatives and ensures operational efficiency, compliance and high service standards across all freight forwarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth shipment execution, and timely resolution of operational issues.
Oversee daily import and export operations while maintaining high service standards for customers and overseas agents.
Lead, coach, and supervise the operations team to achieve operational excellence and service quality.
Manage nomination cargo from overseas agents, ensuring complete documentation, accurate system updates, and competitive quotations.
Provide excellent customer service for both nomination and freehand shipments.
Work closely with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and support customer growth through exceptional operational service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas partners, and freight agents.
Monitor local freight market trends and pricing to support competitive business decisions and
business development.
Analyze cargo volumes, operational performance, costs, and sales opportunities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and expand the Vietnam consolidation business by identifying strategic partners and improving consolidation solutions.
Utilize your industry network to generate new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
