Mô tả công việc
Build, deploy, manage, operate, maintain and improve automation tools to support work;
Prepare periodic and non-recurring reports;
Support other employees/departments with requests for data extraction, statistics, and analysis;
Conduct data-driven studies/surveys to make recommendations on operational plans;
Research and make recommendations on technology application into operation to increase productivity, reduce workload, and optimize operational processes;
Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Graduated from University, College;
At least 1-year experience in data analysis/business analyst position
Have good data analysis skills
Proficient in using SQL
Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets,..
