Operation Staff

• Verifying bookings for pickup and delivery locations, hours of operations, NMFC, and accessorial correctly marked.
• Ensuring PO's successfully sent to carriers.
• Confirming orders are dispatched for pickup and delivery.
• Responding to operations tickets in a timely manner IE: 30 mins or less.
• Tracking pickups and deliveries to ensure orders are on time and any scheduling changes are noted and customers are updated.
• Establish strong relationships with carriers to reduce stress with last-minute changes.
• Maintain contact with carriers throughout the day.
• Collaborate with management to accommodate the needs of customers.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the carrier.
• Monitor orders in transit and establish clear communication channels for timely deliveries and preventing problems.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Any other duties as required by the Carrier Operation Manager.
