Operations Agent

We're hiring a remote Virtual Assistant to support overnight operations and chat-based customer support. This role is ideal for individuals who work well during night hours and can operate independently while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and strong communication.
The position starts part-time with the goal of moving into a long-term, full-time role and higher leadership opportunities for strong performers.
Responsibilities
Handle chat-based support and coordinate with internal support representatives during overnight hours
Complete administrative and operational tasks with strong attention to detail
Follow both structured and unstructured SOPs independently
Proactively identify and flag workflow issues, unclear instructions, or edge cases
Maintain clear documentation or handoffs when needed to ensure continuity
Shift Expectation
Flexible hour availability, with priority given to applicants with availability between 12pm-4pm PST (USA)
Compensation
Starting rate: $4/hour USD
Part-time hours to start, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role
