JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Main duties
· Work with shipping lines, airlines, forwarding agents, and customers to monitor and complete documents, records, and import-export procedures for export and import shipments.
· Regularly update customers/agents on the status of ongoing shipments.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure shipment delivery schedules are completed on time.
2. Job requirements
· Fourth-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Transportation, International Trade, or related fields.
· Hard-working, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
· Good English skills; knowing more than one foreign language is a strong advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and office tools such as email, Office applications, etc.
