Job Description
1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Retail Banking Department's business plans
Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of business plans for the Retail Banking (Individual Banking) Department.
2. Manage and coordinate functional responsibilities
Set business objectives, develop action plans, and take overall responsibility for the business performance of the Retail Banking segment.
Implement and monitor sales activities, sales incentive programs, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives for Retail Banking.
Manage the department's retail customer portfolio, assign customer accounts to Relationship Managers (RMs), and oversee customer relationship development to maximize portfolio value.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and business alliances to acquire new retail customers.
Implement and oversee customer engagement and retention programs for retail banking customers.
Monitor and manage the productivity and performance of Relationship Managers (RMs).
Oversee customer service quality and implement initiatives to continuously improve customer experience and service standards.
3. Other Duties and Responsibilities
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with individual capabilities and job responsibilities.
Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and internal regulations, and take accountability for any errors or risks arising from individual and/or team performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 500 or above or an equivalent certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services or banking industry.
At least 1 year of experience in a management role at a comparable level, such as Branch Retail Banking Manager, Deputy Manager, or Retail Banking Sales Team Leader.
