Mô tả công việc

- Work with sales team, customers, site supply planning team to capture sale order for prepare production plans.
- Inventory data monitor. Optimize IQR, Slow& Excess, End to end DSI
- To work with related production departments and control the production results. Together with related department to have problems analysis and define solution to achieve the goals of revenue, delivery performance and other KPIs.
- Material arrangement (raw material, component...).
- Take part to implement weekly inventory check, monthly inventory report and physical 6 monthly and yearly inventory check.
- Improve customer service level CRD, MPD, 3rd party late backlog.
- Do shipping process out of factory.
- Optimize production cost through control machine utilization, headcount, inventory.
- Take part to factory activities like: EHS, GLSS, PFMEA, Cost effective; Kaizen...
- Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Do setup planning elements on SAP.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree or higher
- Experienced in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation, good inter-personal and communication skills, responsibility.
- Understanding supply chain.
- Manufacturing processes and capability
- Analysis, problem solving and decision making.
- English in oral and written.
- SAP
- Can use Japanese or Chinese language is a plus
