Mô tả công việc
The Pre-Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting TrueCommerce customers during the deployment process and assisting in executing quality on-time go-lives. Primary duties include organizing, coordinating, and completing project tasks as they relate to the application software, as well as training customers in the use of the product and overall application.
- Working time: Mon - Fri, 10 PM - 7 AM (nightshift, on-site in the office)
- Working location: Quality Tech Solution Complex, District 12
As a Pre-Implementation Specialist, you will:
KRA 1: Assist Customers throughout the EDI implementation process (50%)
• Completes assigned tasks including, but not limited to:
• Customer engagement, kick off new projects
• Recertification/retesting of Trading Partner Documents
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Answering customer questions/concerns via the implementation support phone line, e-mail, or chat
KRA 2: Provide Training to Customers on TrueCommerce Software Products (25%)
• Delivers live product training webinars on a weekly basis.
• Provides one on one training to customers throughout the EDI implementation process to assist with software usage.
• Provides one on one training to customers throughout the EDI implementation process to assist with Trading Partner setup; such as Trading Partner portal enrollment.
• Helps to create new training webinars and training materials to assist with new customer implementations.
KRA 3: Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction (25%)
• Support Implementation Specialists II, III, IV with project-related duties.
• Identify and communicate software and mapping issues to technology and Trading Partner teams.
• Recognize and document issues or concerns uncovered during the implementation process to promote future problems from re-occurring.
Yêu cầu
• Fluent English (4 skills) -- equivalent to TOEIC 750 or IELTS 6.5 minimum
• A minimum of 1-2 years of client services, business-to-business, computer support/service, or call center experience is required.
• Prior experience in training customers on application software, including conducting training webinars or one-on-one customer training sessions.
• Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks with proven ability to keep organized and multi-task.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required
• Working Time: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week. 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM, with the flexibility to support a global organization.
