We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Pricing Manager to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
- Directly manage Pricing Department to achieve the department's KPI on freight target, timeline and service quality.
- Analyse market trends, assist in provide pricing strategies for BOD.
- Develop agent network and oversea branch of OPL Logistics
- Monitor payments, Credit/Debit with carriers/agents/vendors
- Record and analyze monthly report on volume, price and operation effectiveness.
- Build strong relationship with current & potential agent/forwarder/shipping lines, especially develop strategic relationships with the "core" carriers
- Be responsible for the training and development of pricing staff
- Work closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers
- Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean product of the department
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees.
- Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
