Mô tả công việc
PSS Roles:
1/ Connection with PSS team in zone to tracking and monitor performance - be at PSS local onsite supporting for VN.
2/ Study and analyzing operation work at VN - figure out bottle neck and close the gap.
3/ Implement PSS transformation project at Viet Nam by cooperation/ connection with Zone tech procurement team and deployment for VN.
4/ Tracking and troubleshooting for deployed applications/ project at VN (such as vendor portal/ CLM/...)
5/ Review, analyze and support all categories deliver MICS of Procurement (GIRI, Contract, OA approval)
6/ Cooperate with All categories manager to assist and ensure compliance/ audit points (documents, contract save, DAG store...).
7/ SPOC from Procurement team for Simplification Project.
VIC Support:
1/ PR-PO/ OA/ DAG process for Raw Materials (RAW).
2/ Draft and follow-up contracts of VIC (RAW)
3/ Sourcing to DAG/Contracts for Raw Materials.
4/ Working with PLN/Brewing to ensure goods delivered on time, ensure supply security.
5/ Working with Vendors to solve issues (if any).
6/ To assist in doing LE/ GCT/ CTRM/ WAPT tasks monthly.
7/ Other ad-hoc tasks relating to RAW (VIC) & tasks in above table.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import-Export or related majors
• Proficient English and good application of Microsoft Office
• Teamwork, Communication, Critical thinking, Eagerness to learn
• Have 1-2 years of related experiences in Inhouse Procurement,
