Mô tả công việc
• Manage the scope of work, development, and impact of projects while contributing to the product roadmap.
• Get a briefing from the client and brainstorm with the internal team to build up the proposal for the Client.
• Responsible for customer management: understand customer needs/goals/objectives, provide detailed information and solutions to solve customer problems, and ensure the scope of work assigned. on time.
• Negotiating with customers for plan development: develop the concept, write proposal, plan budget, timeline and execution.
• Effectively lead cross-project workflow management. Guide the team throughout the customer service process from start to finish from project planning and execution to final delivery.
• Responsible during the production process: from creative input and time planning to quality control and output delivery.
• Monitor multiple internal stakeholders & external vendors to execute a comprehensive project executive.
• Drive product launches including working with all related stakeholders
• Assist sales team members with new customer and business pitches.
Yêu cầu
• University graduate in related majors. Specialization in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably candidates who have worked in the field of Marketing agency, Media
• Catch up on social media trends quickly
• Passion for marketing and media production
• Have good project management skills
• Have creative thinking and work systematically
• Problem-solving skills, working under high pressure
