Overseeing and driving MoMo Platform-related tech product roadmap including core payment, communication, promotion, and other internal core platforms.
Identify creative ways to ensure high standards of QA are put in place to guarantee the stability of the platform.
Regularly reassess product priorities to ensure that the overall business strategy is delivered.
Working closely with multiple platform development teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
Ensuring the successful rollout of features that are developed, which will require close coordination with functional groups throughout the organization.
You will develop and champion a product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap for the MoMo SuperApp Platform, to support the delivery of corporate goals and objectives.
You will lead a team of Senior Product Managers, investing your time in building a team and developing talent who can deliver a superb product lineup.
You and your team will use dashboard data, customer and business partner feedback, platform usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements for our SuperApp Platform.
You will work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions,
Working across Vietnam and regularly traveling to improve partner and stakeholder relationships to better understand their expectations from our SuperApp platform.
Supporting the overall strategic roadmap to build fantastic customer experiences and long-term platform reliability.
Leading idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritization, and feature definition.
Maintaining and communicating project plans, status updates, expectations, and day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders and sponsors.
Assessing new business opportunities to justify new projects and feature development.
Managing the product team.
Cultivating an environment where Managers respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
Developing and implementing strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
Developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
Directing innovation-focused product initiatives.
Coaching of the product team.
Ensuring the timely delivery of the product area portfolio.
Leading the formulation of product vision and strategy for multiple product areas related to the MoMo SuperApp Platform.
Yêu cầu
6+ years of Product Leadership experience.
Bachelor of Technology or Computer Science and 7 years of product management experience or 10 years' product management experience with another type of degree.
Demonstrated deep expertise in Product Development or Product Management is a must.

Also, ability to obtain and analyze customer insights by using engagement data, customer research with ethnographic, market study and usability, and customer support and direct feedback to drive decision-making and planning.
Track record of being able to structure complex data and handle a large scope of work in an organized way.
Track record of managing a team of product managers and being a respected leader that can push and grow their team.
A talented communicator who can influence others in a large organization and align others to a unified plan.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills. Having a technical background is desirable.
Experience in a dynamic start-up or high-growth environment.
Willing to travel if required.
