GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Manager, Eau Thermale Avene will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the brand. This role involves strategic planning, product development, and execution of marketing initiatives to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Participate in the development of a local marketing strategy.
- Ensure all creative assets, communications, and product developments adhere to brand guidelines.
- Adapt and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Contribute to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs.
- Contribute to developing digital strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate digital division and ensure a good return on investment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Marketing and Sales:
- Create and execute Marketing & PR/communication plans to drive brand/product awareness and sales.
- Develop and Oversee marketing campaign across touch points.
- Manage relationship with KOLs & Affiliate, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Work closely with the
Trade Marketing,
Digital Marketing & Ecom teams to develop promotional activities.
- Develop sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
- Take responsibility for implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan in your area and monitor its application in relation to field teams.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like brand awareness, market share, and ROI to evaluate success.
• Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, QRVI (QA, RA, Vigilance), Compliance, Commercial Excellence.
- Present product updates and performance reports to the
Marketing Manager and senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for all brand/product-related inquiries.
• Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the brand.
- Ensure all marketing activities are within budget and provide a good return on investment.
