VDL ETG Vietnam is a Netherlands-based export processing manufacturing company. As we continue to grow, we are looking for 01 member to join our PM team.
- Work closely with customers (or internal customers) to ensure forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery requirements are received and managed on time.
- Process order acknowledgements, create and manage sales orders, perform margin checks, and coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams.
- Maintain customer data and documents in ERP systems and customer portals.
- Analyze forecast trends and monitor purchase-order pull-ins, push-outs, and demand changes.
- Coordinate shipments, returns (RMA), repairs, and logistics activities according to agreed schedules.
- Ensure all sales and program-management documentation complies with company procedures and quality-management requirements.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and KPI updates for internal and internal customer reviews.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives and perform other duties assigned by the Program Manager or Sales & Programs Manager.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project administration, customer service, order management, or commercial support.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or related industries preferred.
- Familiar with ERP systems, customer portals, forecasting, and order-fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems and customer-service practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, BAAN, Infor LN, or equivalent ERP systems preferred.
- Customer-focused and proactive;
- Collaborative team player;
- Analytical and detail-oriented;
- Cross-cultural communication skills;
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from different cultures.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset. Able to coordinate effectively across departments and international teams.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project administration, customer service, order management, or commercial support.
