Project planning and execution (Overall of all projects in RSC)
Develop and implement detailed project plan, schedule
Ensure milestones with fully information
Create and maintain project management documents/ NPI documents
Quality assurance:
Work with Quality engineering to define test plan according to customer expectation
Work with department to create RISK MANAGEMENT for projects in terms of Quality/ Delivery and cost
Project measurement:
Define tools to measure project success (Quality/ Cost/ Delivery)
Define methodology to measure project involvement of stakeholder/ Project team
Team Management:
Prove leadership skill which help team member can follow
Breaking silos management to build cross function management which highly contribute to project success
Encourage continuous improvement and innovation during each project management
