The Job
Business Analyst Role (60%)
- Gather, clarify, and analyze product requirements from internal teams or clients.
- Propose models and solutions based on collected requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation: Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes/Prototypes.
- Create user manuals and support end-users during product implementation and issue resolution.
- Act as a bridge between Business Units and IT/vendors, ensuring DEV, QA, and UI/UX teams fully understand and implement requirements accurately.
- Support QC/QA in manual testing and quality control processes.
Project Manager Role (40%)
- Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to achieve critical milestones.
- Plan, monitor, and oversee UAT, Go-Live, and acceptance phases.
- Track project performance, analyzing completion of short-term and long-term objectives.
- Ensure budgetary objectives are met, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
Your Skills and Experience
❖ Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager OR 3 years as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Fluent in English or Japanese (speaking, reading & writing).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience working with trading platforms, crypto applications, wallet/security solutions, or AI-related systems.
- Proven experience collaborating with international clients/partners.
❖ Preferred Skills
- PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with broad technical and business knowledge.
- Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong research ability, logical thinking, proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and long-term commitment to the company.
