Responsibilities and Performance Objectives
● Ensure transparent communication across project team members.
● Develop or update project plans for projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules and staffing.
● Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
● Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
● Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
● Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects to ensure the transparency of information between management and development.
● Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
● Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
● Conduct analysis, report current situations, issues and risks, and propose necessary changes to the stakeholders.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
● Support to remove blockers of the project teams to achieve goals.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Strong business communication in English and Vietnamese.
● Minimum 3 years of working experience, special hands-on experience in the Project Manager role with a technical background.
● Well-proven experience in managing multi-regional / distributed project teams.
● Proven experience in project plan, project estimation, quality management, resource management, and risk management.
● Good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
● Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately report on project progress and outcomes to management groups.
● Solid knowledge and practices with traditional SDLC and Agile methodologies
● Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
● Attitude to do everything possible to over-achieve project goals.
● Passion to study more knowledge about technology, especially in AI.
