Project Delivery: Create and oversee project plans, schedules, budget, and scope to ensure successful releases.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Drive development teams, facilitate conflict resolution, and act as the main interface with clients and vendors.
Risk & Reporting: Maintain issue/risk logs and handle all project reporting (dashboards, roadmaps, status updates).
Quality & Process: Lead quality control and maintain process documentation.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 2-3 years in software project management (Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech preferred).
Methodologies & Tools: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and proficiency in Jira, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
Skills: Excellent leadership, time management, and English communication (reading/technical writing).
Plus: Familiarity with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
