About the Role
Enhance customer experience, satisfaction and ultimately loyalty/retention through industry leading proposition implementation & E2E journey design/implementation in accordance with internal and external (bank and non-bank partners) segmentation strategy, distribution model, and customer experience/journey goals.

* Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Proposition implementation (50%)
- Facilitate the working governance with internal & external stakeholders (including bank & non-bank partners) to develop product roadmap, bundle products, exclusive services to segmented customers
- Execute the product launching / go-to-market plan and other product campaigns / initiatives
- Work closely with workstream leaders to ensure the overall go-to-market plan is implemented smoothly & properly
2. Customer segmentation & customer journey (50%)
- Work closely with the bank & non-bank partners to understand their customer segments, segment needs, and ultimately the proposition segmentation strategy to meet those needs
- Map out AIA's current customer journey with partners' journey, define the gaps and recommend potential enhancements for both digital and human touch points.
- Follow up with stakeholders, particularly CO (CX and other functions), IT, Marketing/Proposition, PD, and external partners to execute the aligned customer journey (buy, service, claim)
* Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration...
- 03 years+ of experience in insurance, banking (product / proposition development / implementation or customer experience)
- Logical thinking and analysis skills in order to diagnose the gaps between segmentation from bank partners vs. current offers from AIA and recommend potential enhancements
- Experience in product/proposition development/design and/or experience in customer experience and journey design thinking is an advantage
- Influencing, communication, and presentation skill to collaborate internally and working level at bank partners
- Excellent project and time management
- Can-do attitude
