The Job
WHO YOU ARE
We are currently seeking a QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize the TenPoint7 platform to develop advanced NLP/machine learning models, enabling the automation of labor-intensive tasks within business organizations that handle textual data. In addition to ensuring product quality assurance and testing across various environments, including Production, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, performance testing, or user acceptance testing, depending on their expertise and project requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to work with TenPoint7's own internal "no-code" machine learning platform for mid-to-large businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with Project Manager/ CTO to understand their business processes, requirements, and test objectives.
- Build Release Plan, Build Regression Test Plan
- Manage the execution of the Regression Test Plan for each Release
- Continue to Test new features and bugs being released by the team
- Continue to create, review documentation related to the projects and provide suggestions for clarity and improvement
- Plan to design test cases, prepare test data and execute tests
- Analyze the impact of new feature or change requests, plan for regression test cases, and resolve all issues/bugs.
- Write a test report and evaluate the system after testing
- Work closely with the data scientist, data engineer, and the US-based analyst team on an as-needed basis, support end-to-end delivery of a given automation project
- Provide your own feedback to continuously improve the TenPoint7 product.
Your Skills and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or higher.
- 2+ years experience as a QA Analyst/ Tester (QC). Good software testing knowledge and automation test methods are a plus as a QC.
- Experience in Product Owner, Scum Master is plus
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Intuitive data junkie with a high "figure-it-out" quotient
