Review factory quality management system and production records to ensure compliance with customer's requirements.
Draft internal SOP.
In charge of vendor and other documents based on customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints.
Review lab testing reports.
Arrange, coordinate, and participate in farm and factory audits.
Provide assistance with customer audits.
Working with factories for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to the QC team if needed.
Other QA-related tasks.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or relevant fields.
Proficiency in English, both communication and writing skills.
At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant position.
Able to go on a business trip (frequently).
Have in-depth knowledge of the food safety and quality management system.
Well-experienced in GFSI-recognized standards, preferably BRC or IFS standards.
Attention to detail and well-organized.
Able to take initiative in providing solutions and solving problems.
Can work under pressure, willing to handle urgent tasks after work hours.
Work experience in frozen fruit & seafood factories would be an advantage.
