Follow up on production orders with company partners and review product requirement documents, technical specifications (tech packs), and quality standards for children's products.
Ensure products meet the required quality and safety standards by conducting Pre-Production Meetings (PPM), in-process inspections, and random final inspections based on AQL standards. Analyze quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
Prepare and submit inspection reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Liaise with the US Head Office, merchandising team, and factories to resolve product quality issues, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the garment industry.
Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical documents and tech packs and prepare inspection reports. Basic listening and speaking skills are required for daily communication.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in product safety and quality assurance is preferred.
