Quality Control

Create Test strategy, approaches, and Test plan for the assigned test activities.
Plan/estimate, monitor, report project testing activities. (SIT, UAT)
Managing creation and review of test-related artifacts.
Create test scenarios, test case for testing the new system and new feature of existing system.
Perform testing and document the actual result as needed.
Report defects to appropriate team members, monitor defect resolution efforts and track successes.
Work with relevant team to coordinate the development, updating, maintenance of test cases.
Analyse defects to determine root cause.
Ensure final documents are usable and of high quality.
Work with team to define test plans, select appropriate test approaches, test tool for assigned projects.
Train/manage testing engineers of project assigned, mentor and provide guidance to testing engineers.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Test Manager, BA during planning and reporting test activities.
Other tasks assigned.
