YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Satisfaction Supervisor, you will monitor and improve customer quality performance by managing quality systems, supporting problem-solving activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and report quality performance metrics and customer-related KPIs (e.g. PPM, audits, responsiveness)
• Prepare and distribute regular quality performance reports
• Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with industry standards (e.g. IATF/ISO)
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, process maps, and procedures
• Support internal audits, process evaluations, and compliance activities
• Drive problem-solving activities, including data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods
• Support control of nonconforming products and implementation of containment actions
• Participate in customer quality processes such as PPAP, control plans, and customer acceptance activities
• Monitor quality trends and drive improvement actions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support production release readiness by ensuring quality requirements are met.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
• Comply with Versigent EHS policies and support site EHS objectives and targets
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible working environment
• Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and hazards
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
• Promote safety awareness, safe behaviour, and continuous EHS improvement
Yêu cầu
YOUR BACKGROUND
• Experience in quality assurance, customer quality, or manufacturing quality environment in AUTOMOTIVE or WIRE HARNESS
• Familiar with quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of customer quality requirements and production processes
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949 / ISO) is preferred
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, reporting systems)
• English communication is a must
