1. Compliance:
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Implement and update Rakuten Group Policy
• Evaluate the impact of updates from Rakuten Group Policy (2 times/year), report to General Director and consider how to apply for Rakuten Fintech Vietnam
• Be responsible for compliance and governance (especially related to Rakuten Group and Rakuten Card)
• Collaborate with Rakuten Card, corporate counsels HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
• Check the process and result etc., and report periodically to General Director (including
purchasing, payment, asset...)
• Risk Management: Monthly Subsidiary Reports, Business Continuity Plans, and Personal Data, and proactively contact stakeholders to resolve any risk issues.
• Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

• Work with the IT team to review processes and results related to internet usage, email security, company devices, log checks, and access rights.
• Report to General Director periodically.
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
• Review reports on incidents and breaches.
• Investigate and resolve issues.
• Create reports for management on security status.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g., implementation of new technology).
• As a member of the Computer Security Incident Response Team, responsible for addressing related issues.
1. Knowledge & Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Compliance Officer, Security Officer, or similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
• Experience in Risk Management

• Excellence communication in Japanese (N2 and later)
• Strong written communication skills for documenting audit findings, procedures, and compliance reports
• Strong presentation skills for delivering clear and concise information to stakeholders
