* Job Summary
- CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage Mekong Delta team.
- Under the direction of the Head of Domestic Sales to manage and develop sales markets in assigned regions., including and not limited to managing the sales team, distributors, and customer
purchasing needs in the assigned area to ensure sales revenue meets the planned targets and objective. Creating sustainable growth of the sales system in the assigned area.
* Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales plan and budget for the GT channel with the GT team and oversee the team.
- Ensure the KPI's are met for both marketing and distribution execution in general trade
- Monitor brand performance using sales, financial and market data and recommend appropriate action
- Ensure spend is in line with budget
- Cohesive relationships with customers, principles and internal departments in executing programs and following policies and procedures
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effectively execution
- Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the sales objectives, effectively develop the capability of the team
- Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Undertake other tasks requested by Line Manager
- Graduate from college or university of business and related.
- At least 4-5 years in a sales role in FMCG advantage or over 2 years in the same position.
- Good at synthesizing data and planning
- Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels
- Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills
- Highly self-motivated and result-oriented
- Independent in job handling and cooperating well with other colleagues in different sections.
- Be good in English skills
- Goods pressure resistance, available for business trip
