Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment and adopt best practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
Support the organization in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments.
Collaborate with
Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and refined.
Yêu cầu
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in implementing Agile practices.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with software development processes.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
