Mô tả công việc
Monitor and analyze sales demand and inventory levels to create timely replenishment plans and ensure market needs are met.
Manage and optimize inventory levels at the central warehouse and/or distribution points, balancing cost-effectiveness with customer service.
Place orders from the factory/supplier according to the approved plan, control lead time, and track delivery progress.
Work closely with relevant departments and suppliers to handle any issues that may arise, such as stockouts, delivery delays, or high inventory levels.
Monitor and report on relevant metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, service level, etc.).
Propose improvements to the replenishment process to help enhance supply chain efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a preference for experience in the FMCG industry.
Proficient in Excel, with a preference for experience using ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Infor...).
Strong data analysis skills, logical thinking, meticulousness, and forecasting ability.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, and Query.
In-depth understanding of supply chain value drivers within large-scale companies.
