Job Overview:
Sun Malatang is seeking for Restaurant Manager (Fluent Chinese).
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the successful operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service processes and quality standards.
Coordinate staff scheduling, recruit and train new employees, ensuring high-performance and teamwork.
Develop and execute the restaurant's budget, manage costs and resources to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and items, maintaining inventory levels.
Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and taking appropriate measures to resolve problems.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the restaurant's visibility and customer traffic.
Ensure the restaurant's safety, sanitation, and food quality compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsible for the accuracy of financial records and reports, monitoring sales and cost data.
Oversee the overall appearance and decor of the restaurant, ensuring alignment with the brand image.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate well in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), and proficiency in English.
Understanding of Chinese culture and cuisine preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Work location: Vinhomes Central Park.
