Description
Collaborating with Product Teams to identify training needs, design and implement monthly training plans.
Oversee the end-to-end execution and coordination of all scheduled training programs.
Deliver foundational product knowledge training to new Field Force personnel to ensure immediate operational readiness.
Conduct post-training evaluations to measure participant feedback and knowledge retention.
Continuously update training materials to maintain alignment with the latest product knowledge.
Execute the monthly test for the Field Force team and ensure questionnaires are updated in real time to match evolving product standards.
Verifying in-store training reports from the Field Force to guarantee high standards of execution.
Calculate and analyze monthly KPI metrics for the Field Force to provide stakeholders with measurable insights into training performance.
Manage Field Force Teams' Uniforms and other related projects.
Other relevant tasks assigned by Line Managers and Heads of Department.
Qualifications
1. Education background:
Bachelor's degree of BA/ Human Resources/ Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2. Working experience:
At least 1 years of working experience in (Retail) Training, preferably within the Consumer Electronics, Retail industry.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally (product, sales, operations).
Strong facilitation and coaching skills; ability to adapt style to different learner needs.
Willing to travel for field exposure and relevant programs/events delivery.
