Risk Management Manager

1、按照业务流程及风险管理要求,对国内外新项目开展风险评估,收集与分析客户信用记录、财务报表、经营数据等信息,提出风险防范建议并撰写风险评估报告;
2、负责行业调研、项目评估及尽职调查工作,评估项目投资可行性,协助项目落地;
3、负责酒店等实体业务、跨境业务链条中的各类风险进行识别、评估、监控与闭环管理,及时发现潜在风险点并推动解决;
4、负责境外业务平台的全流程风控,审核佣金支付及合作主体,预判新业务风控隐患,统筹风控数据统计与流程优化,保障平台资金安全与合规运营;
5、参与被投企业投后管理,监控被投企业财务状况。
In accordance with business procedures and risk management requirements, conduct risk assessments for new domestic and overseas projects, collect and analyze information such as clients' credit records, financial statements, and operating data, provide risk prevention recommendations, and prepare risk assessment reports.
Be responsible for industry research, project evaluation, and due diligence, assess the feasibility of project investments, and assist with project implementation.
Be responsible for identifying, evaluating, monitoring, and managing various risks in physical businesses such as hotels and in cross-border business chains, promptly identifying potential risk points and driving their resolution.
Be responsible for end-to-end risk control of overseas business platforms, review commission payments and cooperating entities, anticipate potential risk control issues in new business, and coordinate risk control data analysis and process optimization to ensure platform fund security and compliant operations.
Participate in the post-investment management of invested enterprises and monitor their financial condition.
