Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a
Sales Admin Executive to join our team in Hanoi. The key responsibilities and qualifications for this role are as follows:
1. Product and Inventory Management:
• Negotiate with the NPP/Sales team to ensure sufficient product availability.
• Control SMS to maintain a healthy inventory.
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely deliveries based on PSI data and schedule.
2. Payment and Delivery Coordination:
• Ensure timely payments and accelerate delivery by collaborating with Accounting and SCM departments.
3. Promotions and Reporting:
• Ensure all promotional announcements and reports align with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal/external departments to execute promotions correctly.
• Monitor promotional implementation and manage administrative tasks related to promotions.
4. Data and System Management:
• Key PSI data into the system, ensuring accuracy.
• Extract monthly reports from the MERP system and provide support for any mobile app errors.
5. Factory and Sales Coordination:
• Track the actual quantity of goods each month nationwide.
• Make Additional PO to factory as sales side requests.
• Coordinate with the Planning department for distributor payments and data accuracy.
• Ensure timely payments to distributors and support them as needed.
• FMCG administration experience is advanced.
• Experience in administration tasks and daily communication with customers.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency.
• Cooperative attitude.
• Proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Strong ability to streamline job processes.
