Purpose of the role:
The incumbent will lead the core sales data analytics to determine objectives and optimal sales and balance inventory levels. The job holder will also support in the analysis of the overall Vietnam commercial vehicles market demand-led movement and propose achievable growth strategies and marketing plans for the heavy commercial vehicles business in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:-
Centralize the global marketing plan to Viet Nam to ensure launching brand marketing for heavy commercial vehicles;
Managing and coordinating of all marketing related business between Tan Chong Motor Vietnam (TCMV) and head office;
Work closely with Sales Manager, Dealer Development Manager, website specialist vendor and other related colleagues to maintain brand integrity across Company website & Micro-site web, product lines, advertising and all other internal & external communication;
Oversee the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibitions stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers;
Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as sales and marketing to execute marketing plans;
Work with outsourcing agencies like media, PR and event companies to strengthen the relationship with the Press and Media;
Execute Press-launch events under guidance from HQ;
Execute marketing plans to achieve required market positioning;
Execute the marketing cycle plan with dealers
Formulate annual marketing plan and annual budget for marketing for Vietnam and its dealer.
Regular reporting of marketing budget usage;
Sale promotion planning and execution;
Purchasing and inventory control of branded stationary, giveaway's and sales promotions, marketing material (catalogue, leaflet, brochure, marketing gifts etc)
Brief dealership set up requirement and standards;
Provide standard requirement for new setting up;
Conceptual designs
Layout of 3S set up
Signage & pylon Interior wordmark and direction signs;
Prepare dealer agreement
Yêu cầu
30-35 years old;
Minimum 5 years brand/PR/marketing experience, from FMCG or automotive distributor or long term goods;
Have an instinctive feeling about product concepts;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills;
Effective negotiating & influencing skills;
A flexible and positive approach to problem solving;
Good analysis with the ability to recognize and focus on priorities.
Self-driven, proactive, results-oriented and a clear focus on high quality and business profit;
Willing to travel;
Be able to work under high pressure;
Drives continuous improvement;
Strong interpersonal skills and can be a relationship builder;
Good Computer skills;
