The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Intern to support our Sales Leaders and Customer Service team in daily operations. This role focuses mainly on client support, booking coordination, communication handling, and administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment within the sports, entertainment & hospitality industry.
Support booking coordination, confirmation processes, and payment follow-ups
Assist Sales Leaders and Customer Service team with daily operational tasks
Search and build relationship with international suppliers and partners across Europe
Lead generation involves identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential clients to create new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline.
Support issue resolution and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documents
Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive working attitude
Prior internship or customer service experience is a plus
Background in hospitality, travel, or luxury services is an advantage
