Dream Job Alert! $4,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Director/Manager (Electronics, Vietnam & International Markets), ID 17921) for a foreign investment company.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in both domestic and international markets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Define go-to-market plans for new products and key territories.
Team Leadership & Management:
Build, manage, and mentor a strong sales team to ensure effective performance and alignment with company goals.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and provide regular performance reviews and coaching.
Business Development & Client Management:
Lead negotiations and manage key customer accounts, including OEMs, distributors, and retailers.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international business events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for executive management.
Monitor and manage sales budgets and profit margins.
Requirement
Male/Female, 35-45 years old.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales management role.
Proven track record of growing sales across local and international markets.
Strong understanding of electronics product channels, especially B2B and export.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
