This role manages and expands a portfolio of medium and large customer accounts, focusing on profitable business opportunities. It includes face-to-face customer engagement, negotiating contracts and global tenders, and securing long-term business. The role conducts structured sales planning aligned with Area Sales Processes, documents activities and account strategies in the CRM, and leads Quarterly Business Reviews when required. The incumbent works closely with the Sales Lead/Manager through weekly coaching sessions and represents the company at relevant trade and commodity fairs to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customers and opportunities
- Focusing on medium and large accounts.
- Dealing with customers in face-to-face appointments to develop, secure and maintain most profitable businesses.
- Negotiating sales contracts and global tenders.
- Conducting sales planning in line with the Area Sales Processes.
- Planning and documenting sales calls and results as well as Account strategy in CRM.
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with customers where and when required.
- Participating in weekly coaching sessions with SV Sales Lead / Manager to review past sales activities and align activities for the future.
- Participating in relevant trade and commodity fairs.
Yêu cầu
- Good selling skills and market knowledge. Familiarity and strong business rapport with key accounts will be an added advantage.
- Communicative, customer orientation and service mentality
- Positive attitude and character, eager to learn.
- A team player with initiative, strive for efficiency and improvement.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
