Mô tả công việc
- Finding new customers, maintaining & expanding new services to current customers in following fields : Sea, Air Freight, Agents
- Making quotation
- Doing customers services, following customer's feedback and handle all request from customers.
- Doinng Bill of Lading, Manifest
- Receiving imported goods plan and send the plans to OPS to process loading goods.
- Making collection expense of customer in Sea- Air field.
- Making confirmation on payment for vendors
- Tracking customer's payment, support recovery of dues
- Supporting managers to improve International Freight Forwarding proress.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Univesity degree, major in Transportation, International Economy, Foreign Trade, Logistics
- Experience: At least 1 year working experience in the same field
- Having skills and knowledge in Customer Services, export documents
- Soft skills: Negotiation skills, Customer- services mindset, pursuading skills, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, teamwork.
- Willing to work at Tân Sơn Nhất Airport
