Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and sell value-added products and services.
• Engage existing platform users to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate product benefits, ROI, and competitive advantages.
• Manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, account management, marketing) to optimise sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM system.
Yêu cầu
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in
telesales or related sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, with experience working with global clients, especially Australian customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Experience in automotive, SaaS, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Understanding of automotive dealership operations and digital platforms.
• Experience selling value-added or subscription-based products, with the ability to explain technical or platform-based solutions in simple terms.
Success Metrics:
• Revenue generated from upselling value-added products
• Conversion rate from outbound calls
• Pipeline growth and deal closure rates
• Customer engagement and retention levels
