Job Title: Customer Development Partner - North Provinces (Bắc Ninh, Tuyên Quang, Hà Giang...)
Report to: Sales Supervisor (North Provinces)
Location: Hanoi
JOB SUMMARY:
Be responsible for completing sales volume targets and coverage according to the company's business development strategy.
Maintain and develop customer network in assigned areas and channels.
Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image and activation at the accounts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Account coverage:
• Reach and maintain 100 active on-premise accounts (all restaurant types, nightlife outlets, KTV, western bars and cocktail bars including hotel).
• Maintain the mandate visitation and program communication to the active accounts (on-premise and traditional off-trade accounts)
• Penetrate new accounts by listing PR products in their communication tools to consumers (menu, product display).
• Maintain an engaged account with listing products, sales volume and activation (either corporate with Marketing or running by outlet).
2. Sales Target (volume) and proper distribution to end consumers.
• Complete the sales volume target (single bottle counting) in any circumstance.
• Ensure all engaged account purchase and sell out the authentic produce distributed from North distributors.
3. Sales routine and Report completion
• Complete sales basis routine (sales call, sales checklist and all sales reports).
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
• University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the trading field
• Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
• Good command of English
• Computer literate (good skills in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Power point Presentation)
