As a Sales Executive, you will be a key member of the commercial team - responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing new business, and serving as the primary point of contact for your clients. You will work closely with our
Merchandiser and Product Development teams to ensure every commitment made to a customer is delivered on.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, is commercially sharp, and takes pride in being organised and reliable - even when things are moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing B2B accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for your clients - handling enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and order follow-ups professionally and on time.
• Develop new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and engagement at trade events or exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the Merchandiser and PD team to relay customer briefs and ensure operational delivery aligns with commercial commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and account notes - and report clearly to management on account status and sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about our product range across sofa, concrete, and casegoods so you can have credible, confident conversations with buyers.
Yêu cầu
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally in furniture, upholstery, or manufactured goods.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing accounts - not just maintain them.
COMMUNICATION: Clear written and verbal English. Professional and confident in customer-facing situations.
PRODUCT LITERACY: Able to understand basic product construction and quality standards to speak credibly with technical buyers. ORGANISATION: Detail-oriented and disciplined - comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball. TEAM MINDSET: Comfortable working in a structured team where operational execution is shared with Merchandiser and PD.
