Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our Air Freight, Customs, and Trucking business. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
- Search for potential FWDs, Direct Customers, Agent Oversea
- Sales All kind: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs & Trucking, Warehousing & Distribution, Supply Chain Management...
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Air Freight, Customs, and Trucking business
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage customer accounts
- Track and report on sales performance
Requirement
- Basic Chinese or English Speaking Skills
- Experienced in Air Cargo Industrial, Air Coload, GSA, CSA.
- Can support CS, Checking & Deal with Airlines, Coloaders
- Prefer Sales Outdoor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hardworking, diligent, industrious, patient, dynamic and independent.
- Good in English (Reading, Writing)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience with CRM software a plus
