We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager cum Merchandise Manager to lead sales operations while managing the merchandise department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing merchandise selection, and ensuring excellent customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Management (70%)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize deals, pricing, and contracts with clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Merchandise Management (30%)
• Oversee merchandise department to ensure high performance with the best effectiveness
• Lead, train, and motivate the merchandise teams to achieve performance goals.
• Responsible for Inventory Management
• Work closely with sales teams at the head quarter to deal with the issues quickly & effectively
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales manager or merchandise manager
• Fluent English is the must
• Experience in furniture field is high advantage
• Strong people management experience & skills
• University or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and merchandising principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven retail environment.
