Mô tả công việc
• Supervise and take overall responsibility for the activities of Sales Department. Ensure the work in accordance with the Company's standard procedures.
• Develop and perfect sea freight services and oversee service quotations.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, regularly support the necessary information for existing customers and develop new customers.
• Responsible for sale targets, market share, growth rate, annual operating budget and customer satisfaction through managing and operating
sales staff in accordance with the Company's business plan.
• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of business plans, marketing, and work processes to achieve or exceed monthly and annual goals.
• Plan and develop the Department & Personnel
• Perform other tasks as required by the BOD.
Yêu cầu
MUST HAVE
• Graduated from College/University with relevant majors.
• English business level
• 5 years of Sales experience in companies related to logistics and forwarders, which of a minimum of 2 years of management in a similar position.
• Age under 45 years old.
NICE TO HAVE
• Having some knowledge of the business of Logistics, Trade, Import and Export, Customs.
• Communication, negotiation, persuasion, analysis, synthesis, planning and implementations skills.
