Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and take overall responsibility for the activities of Sales Department. Ensure the work in accordance with the Company's standard procedures.
- Develop and perfect sea freight services and be in charge of service quotation.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, regularly support the necessary information for existing customers and develop new customers.
- Responsible for sale targets, market share, growth rate, annual operating budget and customer satisfaction through managing and operating sales staff in Hanoi in accordance with the Company's business plan.
- Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of business plans, marketing, work processes to achieve or exceed monthly and annual goals.
- Department planning & Personnel development.
- Remote working.
- Perform other tasks as required by the BOD.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university with relevant majors.
- 3 years of Sales experience in companies related to logistics & forwarder, of which a minimum of 2 years of management in a similar position.
- Having some knowledge of the business of Logistics, Trade, Import and Export, Customs
- Communication, negotiation, persuasion, analysis, synthesis, planning and implementation skills.
- Good skills in training, assigning tasks and motivating teams.
- Sharp working mindset, creative, proactive, oriented towards work efficiency.
- Fluently at English.
