Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
Proven track record in Hospitality, Tourism, Events, Restaurants, Luxury Services, or related industries.
Strong
business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
Good English communication skills.
