- Develop and execute sales strategies for market segments within the automation equipment, systems, and contract manufacturing industries.
- Contribute to company profitability by achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams from other branches for global cooperation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to define technical specifications, prepare proposals, and set commercial terms based on customer requirements.
- Cover sales territories across East Asia to India, excluding China and Japan.
- Record and share customer information and communications in the company's CRM system.
- Act as the first point of contact for after-sales support, working with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts, and report to the manager.
- In the future, take responsibility for building, training, and managing the sales team.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- English (Upper-intermediate level)
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the factory automation (FA) equipment or automation machinery industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievements and contributing to market expansion.
- Strong understanding of automation equipment and systems.
