Role Overview:
You will lead the sales growth for Vietnam market by driving strategy, securing new water / wastewater treatment projects, providing technical expertise, managing key stakeholder relationships, and mentoring teams
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets, aligning with corporate objectives.
Provide expert technical guidance on water & wastewater treatment systems to industrial and municipal clients.
Identify new project opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, consultants, and end-users.
Prepare complex technical proposals, cost estimations, and bid documents; negotiate contracts and ensure commercial compliance.Lead, mentor, and train junior
sales engineers and technical teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Minimum 7-10 years in
technical sales within the water/wastewater industry.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
Strong understanding of water & wastewater treatment processes
Proven track record of hitting sales targets, and negotiating complex contracts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
