About the Job
• Develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
• Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services.
• Sell value producing transportation and logistics services and solutions.
• To give good know-how of the service providers and customers.
• Recommending profit and service improvements.
• Ability to guide and lead sales team.
• Achieving personal & team sales targets.
Market:
• Increase sales while meeting targets, be able to obtain necessary services and rates.
• Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer's value to the organization.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Others:
• Coordinates sales effort with accounting, logistics, technical & operation service groups.
• Organize, update and keep records of customer information.
• Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma.
• At least 5 years experience in seafreight and some airfreight sales experience.
• Team player and able to lead sales team.
• Proficiency in English would be a plus.
• Familiar with both Ha Noi and Hai Phong Market.

• Base Salary, attractive monthly performance-based commission and allowance.
• Our company provide a competitive and benefits package commensurate with the applicant's capabilities and experience.
